No space, no bass? Doesn’t have to be the case – because, with the Flat Sub 25, we have created an active bass talent especially for confined spaces. Measuring just 35 x 26 cm and less than 8 cm thick, the Flat Sub fits under a seat or in the smallest car boot in many cases. Despite the compact dimensions, we have been able to accommodate not only a whopping 25 cm woofer with an ultra-stable aluminum diaphragm, but also an amplifier module with peak power of 500 watts and 180 watts continuous power.

All this is packed into an extremely low-resonance die-cast aluminum enclosure that defies even the most adverse conditions. A little more technology. The woofer with its structured diaphragm is equipped with a long-throw surround to ensure that it can move a lot of air, while the voice coil ventilation guarantees stable temperature conditions even when things heat up musically.

Inputs for preamplifier signals as well as speaker outputs make the Flat Sub 25 a real all-rounder – on a high-quality car radio or on the car maker’s factory-installed equipment. Activation is automatic, of course, and in addition to a variable low-pass filter to adjust the crossover frequency, the unit also features a bass boost up to 12 dB, a phase switch and remote control volume option.
